Short videos are watched to the end and forwarded — that's why we make two lengths. A gentle pace fits about 10 words in 5 seconds (20 in 10); a livelier pace fits about 16 (32 in 10). We never cut your words off — the voice simply fits them in.
At checkout you'll add your text, scene, voice, and where to send the video. During our launch every video is made to order — please allow a few hours for delivery.
How do I receive my video?
As an email attachment, or as a download link by text if you give a mobile number at checkout. It's a normal MP4 — it plays everywhere and forwards like any video.
Can I send it to someone else?
That's the whole point. Most people order a video for a mother, a friend, someone recovering, someone far away — and forward it the moment it arrives.
What if something goes wrong?
If we can't deliver your video, you get a full refund — no forms, no fuss.
How fast is delivery?
Within a few hours during launch, usually much sooner.
